Symptoms people often describe can range from difficulty gripping and holding things, soreness and pain with computer use of lifting cups, and sometimes even numbness and tingling down into the hand and fingers.

The reason it is referred to as golfers elbow pain is because golfers tend to grip and use their arms a lot during their sport with a reported 35% of golfers experiencing elbow pain.
